I like this idea. Every other week when my chemistry team meets to break down the last test we often find it is vocabulary they do not know. Your plan looks well thought out and I do not see, from my novice action researching mind, any glaring oversights. How many words will be on the list each week? I learned through ELL training that picture definitions are a great tool as well.
